Refund and Returns Policy

1. 7 Working Day Return Policy

Trend Wale offers a 7 Working Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be returned in original condition
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days after delivery

Trend Wale reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items
  • Damaged product
  • Defective item

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Clearance sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Size or color preference issues after order confirmation

4. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Trend Wale.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject invalid return requests
  • Request additional photos/videos
  • Refuse returns that do not match our policy conditions

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
  • COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI only

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Size availability
  • Verification approval

Trend Wale does not guarantee exchange availability for all products.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Refusal to accept delivery may lead to future order restrictions

8. Return Shipping Rules

  • Customers may be required to self-ship returned items if pickup service is unavailable
  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified from our side
  • Trend Wale is not responsible for lost return parcels shipped by the customer
