Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery
  • Products should not be damaged or altered after delivery

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is due to a wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost
  • If the return is due to personal preference or size issues, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If your requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
